Sausage Cheese Dip

unfortunately it is also known as Dog Barf dip in this house....heee hee  
Hey it is tasteeeeeeee....but it does kinda look like something the dog would barf!

I made this for Mark's party Saturday night.....btw, his bathroom turned out awesome!

First let's get some hot sausage and brown it up in the pan (2 lbs and I used the Hot variety)

After we get that good and browned we need to add one can of evaporated milk, 1 can of diced pimentoes and 2 lbs of Velveeta.  See, now you know it's good.

Once this is all melted and simmering around, just transfer the goodness to a crockpot and put on the warm setting and dip those tortilla chips away in it.   It is sinfully good but a bugger to get out of the crock pot pan so make sure your crockpot has a removable liner or buy yourself one of those disposable doodads.  You will thank me for that tip later !!
